Andre Jr Lejeune Desjardins writes about his wife's condition: "Mary-Rose Herney is a First Nation I'm a Metis, she has Multiple Sclerosis (MS). I'm Canadian she is not. I get disability she does not?

Because she is First Nation and I am non status we are targets of racism and her health is failing fast. She needs a wheelchair ramp.

In the last 8 years her Eskasoni First Nation band has refused any work to her band house which I put in 25 000$ to help her. She has been struggling up the stairs for 15 years. We are in debt after I spent 3000$ financed to accommodate one. They will not even look at her condemned step.

We are ten at home, children and grandchildren. Our youngest kids are 10, 9, 8, 7, and 5 years old."

Here is a second video about the investments made to the house and on how this family is suffering because of racism:

Please share this campaign on social media even if you cannot donate. Let's raise our voices for this woman, for this family and end corruption in Eskasoni, Cape-Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Thank you for sharing this all over Canada !
